Today's Board of Trustees is comprised of sixteen members, eight Union and eight Employer Trustees.  Heading the Board of Trustees are the Chairman and Secretary.  These two positions, which serve as the Executive Committee of the Board, are held by one Union representative and one Employer representative. The Board of Trustees has overall responsibility for the Funds, which includes proper administration thereof, the investment of contributions received from employers, the payment of benefits, and the Funds’ compliance with Federal and State laws.
